Independence Day

Today was a fantastic day! I had my first two showcases and I couldn't be happier with my performances. For one, they were God's performances, not mine, and they were perfect with His timing and done by His grace. Personally, I think I have had better singing performances, but I can't be disappointed because my Father knows that this was the performance and song that the VIP's needed to see.

I also did on camera, in which I performed a monologue. That was so much fun!!! We attended several seminars throughout the day and I was encouraged because my mindset is in line with all of the presenters (who by the way are MAJOR people in the industry) and it lifts my spirits to know that I am on the right track with all that I am doing here. So in honor of this wonderful Independence Day, Brandon and I were able to have a "date night" and enjoy a lovely sushi dinner and then spent some time out at the pool. This is time well spent and something that we have not had an opportunity to do very often back home. Here are a few more picture for your delight!
